Classified Ads ...

Classified line ads (for the first week run) are $10 for the first 25 words and 10 cents for each word over 25. To run additional weeks, the base fee drops to $8 instead of $10.

Thank You Ads, Birth Announcements, Memoriams, and Birthday Ads ...

These items usually run $15 in black and white or $35 in color. The size of the ads is determined by the amount of information included. Larger ads may be charged a higher fee.

Wedding Invitation Ads and Anniversary Ads ...

You can choose to run a wedding invitation and/or anniversary notice in a box advertisement. These can include photos and/or artwork. The usual fee is $20 in black and white or $35 in color. Larger ads may be charged a higher fee.

Engagement, Wedding and Anniversary Announcements ...

These items run as articles as opposed to the ones above that run in boxes. There is no charge to run these articles. If you would like to include a photo, there is a $15 fee and it will run in black and white.

Reunions, Church News, Obituaries ...

There is no charge to run these items in the paper.

Display Advertising ...

Our standard advertising rate is $5.00 per column inch. Ads running four or more consecutive weeks will be discounted.

 There are several standard-sized ads priced below, although any size variation is available. Call us for specific ad size prices (912) 557-6761.

1 column by 2 inches $10

2 columns by 2 inches $20

2 columns by 5 inches $50

1/8 page (15.75 total inches) $78.75

1/4 page (31.5 total inches) $157.50

Pre-printed inserts ...

Inserts must be delivered by Monday at 5 p.m. for that week's edition. 1-4 page inserts are 6 cents each; 8 page inserts are 7 cents each; 12 page inserts are 8 cents each; 16 pages and above are 10 cents each.

Business Cards ...

Standard business cards on white cardstock in black ink are $24.50 for 500. Additional increments of 500 (at the time of printing) are $10 each.

Business cards in full color ink are $50 for 500. Additional increments of 500 are $50 each.

Different cardstock, glossy or raised printing is available at various prices. Call for specific requests.

Misc. Services

Copies ...

Single-sheet, 8 1/2 by 11 inch, page copies are 10 cents in black and white or 75 cents in color.

FAXing ...

FAX sheets (coming or going) are $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page.

Passport Photos ...

Two standard-sized color passport photos are $10. They are made in the office and take approximately 10 minutes.

Identification Cards ...

These are not official state IDs. Ours have your photo (in color) and basic information on a laminated card. They are $15 each and take from 10-15 minutes to complete.
