The Tattnall County native had lived in Daisy most of her life. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Jordan. She is survived by two daughters, Glenda Jordan of Daisy and Diane Jordan of Glennville; two sons, Danny Jordan of Statesboro and John Wayne (Bilette) Jordan of Daisy; sister, Barbara Hickman of Grayson, GA; brother, Charles Boyd of Statesboro; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Dellene DeLoach Johnstone, 71 Dellene DeLoach Johnstone, 71, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008, at Lexington Medical Center in Columbia, SC. She was born September 30, 1936 in Claxton, GA to John Slaton DeLoach and the late Lela Vivian DeLoach. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Robert Johnstone of Irmo, SC; children, Walter Johnstone of Raleigh, NC, Jay Johnstone of Irmo, SC and Julie Stephens of Columbia, SC; father, John Slaton DeLoach of Glennville, GA; brother, Bill S. DeLoach of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Andrew Johnstone, Patrick Johnstone, Rachel Stephens and Savannah Stephens. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Harmony United Methodist Church with Reverend Truett Leveritt officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Dolly Weathers Stanfield, 85 Dolly Weathers Stanfield, 85, passed away Friday, June 20, 2008, at Evans Memorial Hospital. The Evans County native had lived in Glennville most of her life. She was retired from Glenvue Nursing Home as a nursing assistant and a homemaker. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pharis and Mamie Weathers; and brothers, Wilmer, Edward and Eugene Weathers. She is survived by her husband, Edward Stanfield of Glennville; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Powell and Jerry LaRoase of Hinesville and Linda and Danny Johns of Glennville; sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny David and Dot Weathers, Bobby and Carol Weathers, Eddie and Glenda Weathers, all of Glennville and James Weathers and Sue Mitchell of Hinesville; sisters, Sula Wilson of Claxton and Dorothy Groover of Glennville; brother, Albert Weathers of Las Vegas, NV; 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Larry L. Stanfield, 68 Larry L. Stanfield, 68, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008, at his residence. The Tattnall County native had lived in this area most of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Department of Transportation Engineers. He is survived by a son, Ashley Stanfield of Claxton; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and James Sauls of Elgin, SC; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bruce and Jackie Stanfield of Duluth and Russell Stanfield of Louisiana; three nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Elder Jimmy Haire. The Tattnall County native retired from the United States Army after more than 20 years of service to his country, serving in Germany and Korea. After retiring from the Army, he lived in California and was employed and retired from the Blue Diamond Almond Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helga Dubberly; his parents, Alvin and Helen Dubberly and a brother, Gene Dubberly. He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Derrell and Beverly Dubberly of Rincon, Jimmy and Onnie Dubberly of Glennville and Billy Hugh and Geraldine Dubberly of Williamsburg, VA; sisters and brother-in-law, Anne Conner of Vidalia and Libby and C.L. Sapp of Glennville; sister-in-law, Donna Dubberly of Glennville and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2008, at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville, with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Claude Hutcheson, 92 Mr. Claude Hutcheson, 92, died Thursday morning, June 12, 2008, at Tattnall Health Care Center in Reidsville. The Emanuel County native had lived in the Lynntown Community most of his life. He was a US Army Veteran serving in the South Pacific Campaign. He was retired from Civil Service and farming. Mr. Hutcheson attended the Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Alma “Bay” Hutcheson of Lynntown; two daughters, Jerri Drury and Brenda Oliver both of Lynntown; a son, Robert L. “Bobby” Hutcheson of Lynntown; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Pallbearers were Lonnie Hutcheson, Keith Graffagnino, Joey Graffagnino, Wilburn Hutcheson, Jack Hutcheson, and Richard Lynn. Sandra Kirkland, 66 Mrs. Sandra Kirkland, 66, passed away Monday afternoon, June 16, 2008, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. The Florida native had lived in this area for most of her life. She was a homemaker and attended the Elza Baptist Church. She loved to cook for her family and will be greatly missed. Mrs. Kirkland is preceded in death by a daughter, Sandy Kirkland. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Buck Kirkland of Bellville; a daughter, Debbie Kirkland of Bellville; five sons and daughters-in-law, Dwane and Tammy Kirkland of Louiville, KY, Jerry and Jeannie Kirkland of Brunswick, Jimmy and Wilda Kirkland of Reidsville, Roger and Brandie Kirkland of Hagan and Joey Kirkland of Bellville; a sister, Jane DeLoach of Collins; ten grandchildren, three great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Corine Lynn, 90 Mrs. Corine Lynn, 90, widow of Harvey Lynn died Wednesday morning, June 11, 2008, at Candler Hospital in Savannah. Born in Tattnall County, she was retired from 35 years of service from Candler Hospital. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Danny Lynn. She is survived by her son, A. Daniel (Annette) Lynn of Pulaski; two daughters, Jeanette “Jerrie” DeLoach and Bernette (Robert) Collins all of Savannah; a sister, Evelyn Bryant of Lyons; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were held Friday, June 13, 2008, from the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Owen officiating. Heather Ann Mimbs, 17 Heather Ann Mimbs, 17, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Toombs County. The Carroll County native lived in Tattnall County most of her life. She attended Tattnall County High School. She enjoyed being with family and friends and talking on the telephone. She was a very loving and caring person who loved to help those less fortunate than others. She also enjoyed drag racing. She attended St. Matthews Church of God. Keeth Cornelius Thomas, 34 Keeth Cornelius Thomas died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at 5 p.m. at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. He was born on February 18, 1974, in Metter, GA, to Edna P. Thomas and Ananias Thomas, Jr. He was educated in the Tattnall County School System. He was employed with Bethany Nursing Center and Meadows Regional Hospital of Toombs County. He was joined in holy matrimony to Trenisa Smith on April 21, 2007. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Austin, Georgia. He is survived by his wife, Trenisa Thomas; one son, Lehmon Thomas; two stepdaughters, Desjanay Smith and Tenajia Tanner; three daughters: Daliea Thomas, Autumn Thomas, and Jameira Lovett; three sons: Keon Thomas, Chandler Byrd, and Kevon Thomas; his mother, Edna P. Jennifer Cowan Bryant, 26 Mrs. Jennifer Cowan Bryant, age 26, of Houston County died Monday, June 9, 2008, at Emory University Hospital of Atlanta after a long and courageous battle with leukemia. The Albany, Georgia, native had resided in Houston County most of her life. Harry Lee Collins, 91 Harry Lee Collins, 91, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2008, at Evans Memorial Hospital after a long illness. The Tattnall County native had been living in Evans County since 1938. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and former member of Woodmen of the World and Lions Club. Before his retirement he was owner of Collins Used Cars and Service Station. He retired with 50 years from Savannah Morning News. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Harry Leon and Nora Collins of Hagan; a daughter and son-in-law, Jayne and George “Jr” Sheffield of Bellville; one sister, Virginia Scott of Vidalia; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Daniel “Dan” E. Dasher, 76 Daniel “Dan” E. Dasher, 76, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. The Tattnall County native had lived in Dover, FL, for 30 years before moving back to Glennville in 1990. He was a carpenter and painter in the construction industry and attended Ebenezer Free Will Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Napoleon and Dessie Brannen Dasher. He is survived by a wife of 23 years, Margaret Garrett Dasher of Glennville; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Wendy Dasher of Riverview, FL and Terry and Diane Dasher of Glennville; daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Dewayne Smith of Dover, FL; step-daughter, Elizabeth Archer of Dover, FL; brother, Sammy Dasher of Fayetteville, NC; 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive. Lois Purvis Shepard, 90 Lois Purvis Shepard, 90, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 3, 2008. She was a native of Emanuel County, where she lived most of her life. She was predeceased by her husband, Joe Brown Shepard; two sons, George Timothy Faircloth and David Stewart Faircloth; a grandson, William Marvin Faircloth, III; her parents, Tom Alfred Timothy Purvis and Luella Stewart Purvis; four sisters and one brother, Clara Beatrice Mimbs, Ada Sumner, Leotha Shepard, Allegra Riner and Ernest Purvis and three special cats, Snow, Frank and Mollie. Mrs. Shepard graduated from Metter High School and attended college in Milledgeville. She lived and worked in Georgia and Florida and returned to settle in Swainsboro. She worked with the United States Postal service as both a star and rural mail route carrier. She retired from the United States Postal Service in Twin City at the young age of 75. As a member of Hawhammock Baptist Church for more than 30 years, Mrs. Shepard served the Lord as a Sunday school teacher and in many other ways. She loved spending time with her family, was an avid reader, loved to study God’s Word, loved to work in her garden, fish in Canoochee Creek, burn leaves and smoke, which she did for over 75 years and always wanted to see the moon every night. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, William Marvin Jr. and Mary Sue Faircloth of Midville, Michael Purvis and Peggy Shepard of Lawrenceville, and Reverend Thomas M. Shepard and Lawanda Shepard of Collins; three stepsons, Benny Joe Shepard of Cartersville, Gerald Shepard of Senoia and Jimmy and Becky Shepard of Morrow; one stepdaughter, Connie Griffin of Opelika, AL; ten grandchildren including Ann Atkinson, Wesley Shepard, Millie Shepard and Brooks Clark; several great-grandchildren including Michael Atkinson, Scott Atkinson, Will Atkinson, Kristen Faircloth and Emily Clark; one great-great-grandchild, Isaiah Clark and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 7, 2008, at the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Reverend Louis Pearce, Mrs. Shepard’s pastor for over 30 years, officiating. Tommie Loyd Sikes, 94 Tommie Loyd Sikes, 94, died Friday, June 6, 2008, at Azalea Nursing Home in Metter. The Tattnall County native and lifelong resident was a retired carpenter and farmer. He was a member of the Cobbtown Baptist Church. Tommie loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and whittling woodcrafts. He is survived by his wife, Myrl Sewell Sikes; two sons and daughters-in-law, H.L. “Johnny” and Nancy Sikes of Ellabell, Tommie L. and Edith Sikes of Metter; a brother, Bob Sikes of Metter and a sister, Marie Collins-Howell of Perry; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Dorothy Moore Wilson, 90 Dorothy Moore Wilson, 90, died Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Glenvue Nursing Home under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. The Tattnall County native lived in this area her whole life. She and her husband owned and operated Wilson’s Grocery for many years. She was also a homemaker and a member of Watermelon Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Olen Wilson. She is survived by her children, Shelby Dasher (Roger), John Wilson (Nancy) and Jack Wilson (Lori), all of Glennville; sisters, Louise Salter of Lyons, Margie Kennedy of Crystal River, FL, Maxine Anderson of TN, and Shirley Blocker of Glennville; brothers, T.A. Moore of Crystal River, FL and Tommy Moore of Glennville; grandchildren, Lori Moody, Lisa Baxter, Susan Parker, Emilie Wilson, Paige Snell, Dustin Wilson, Landen Wilson and Lauren Wilson; 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Imogene Collins Wrenn, 89 Imogene Collins Wrenn, 89, died Friday, June 6, 2008, at the Bethany Home in Vidalia. She was a Tattnall County lifelong resident, homemaker and a retired seamstress of Rosebud Manufacturing Co. in Vidalia. Mrs. Wrenn was very active in the Pine Grove Baptist Church ,where she was the oldest charter member. She was happiest when she was cooking for her family and visiting with them. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Wrenn, and a son-in-law, William P. Phillips. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Lynwood and Frances Wrenn of Griffin; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mildred Phillips of Ailey and Harriett and Vernon Gordy of Rincon; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday, at the Pine Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jim Rogers and Rev. Reland Morgan officiating. Burial followed in the Collins Baptist Church Cemetery. Washington Daniel (Billy) Wright, Jr., 63 Washington Daniel (Billy) Wright, Jr., entered this life October 5, 1944, and entered into eternal rest at the age of 63 on June 6, 2008. Washington, known as Billy Jack, was the son of Washington Daniel Wright, Sr., and Emma Lee Hines Wright. He attended school in Long County where he graduated in 1962. He joined the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church at an early age where he sang in the choir under the leadership of Reverend J.E. Clark. Later in life, he joined St. James AME Church where he also sang in the choir. Later, he moved his membership to first Pleasant Hill Church in Baxley, GA, where he remained until his death. He was very active in the community. He loved helping people any way that he could. He was a devoted member and father and was a very lovable person who enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved fishing and spending time with his loved ones. He was also a devoted companion. He served his country in the United States Army for many years. He also worked on Fort Stewart, GA, as a Civil Servant Worker and retired. He also worked on Dowdy Farms and was an independent driver. He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé, Shirley Holmes; children, Tenna (David) Smith, Natasha (Curtis) Walker, Jackie Buckner and Glenda (Antonio) Ward; four sisters, Odessa Mathes, Doris (Elder) Roberson, Irvine Middleton, Birdie Fred (John) Harris; brother, Bobby (Linda) Wright; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, several uncles, aunts and cousins; a host of step children that he loved and helped raise; and devoted friends, Hubert Fair and Earl Mincey. Billy had many friends and loved ones. He will be greatly missed by everyone. Howard C. Alexander, 81 Mr. Howard C. Alexander, 81, passed away Friday morning, May 30, 2008, at the Camilla Health Rehabilitation Center in Claxton. The Tattnall County native had lived in Collins all of his life. He was a US Army Veteran and a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Jarriel Alexander. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Leigh A. and Louis Keith of Pooler; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Kathy Alexander of Collins; two grandsons, Eric Keith and Ashley Christopher Keith of Grovetown, GA; two great-grandchildren, Cooper and Carsyn Keith of Grovetown, GA; nephew, Billy Alexander of Collins. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 31, 2008, at the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Chancey officiating. Interment followed in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Sharon Cox Bland, 67 Sharon Cox Bland died peacefully in her sleep on June 1, 2008, at Hospice Savannah after a long illness. She was born on May 12, 1941, and was the only child of Craig and Mildred Schieder Cox who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her special cousins Betty Tootle, Janice Tootle, and Sue Tootle. She was a graduate of Wesleyan College, having attended the University of Michigan and Memphis State University Law School. She was a member of the Reidsville United Methodist Church where she taught the Tommy Thomson Sunday School Class for ten years. She was an adult education teacher for several years and was a member of the Reidsville Book Club, Common Cause, and the Democratic Party. Sharon was a wordsmith, having written beautiful poetry and prose. She was an advocate for animals, especially dachshunds. In 1985, she and her husband founded Recovery Place of Savannah. Survivors include her husband, Wayne Bland of Savannah; her children, son Stephen Bland and his wife Terri of Snellville, GA; daughter Robin Autry and her husband Dan of Thomasville, GA; daughter Carlyn Maddox and her husband Mark of Thomasville, GA; and her nine grandchildren: Summer Bland, Savannah Bland, Justin Tolbert, Gene Autry III, Sharon Lillie Autry, Carlyn Rose Autry, Johnny Autry, James Maddox and Ava Maddox. She is also survived by an aunt, Sulee Schieder of Claxton, GA; in-laws, Pam and Jack Robertson and Jane and Clifford Randall; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. A memorial service celebrating her life was held on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Reidsville United Methodist Church at 11:00 am with a reception and lunch immediately following for family and friends. Frank Rex Blocker, 44 Frank Rex Blocker, 44, passed away Friday, May 30, 2008, at St. Joseph’s Hospital after a short illness. He was employed with Pump Components of Savannah, loved fishing, spending time with family and friends and was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rex and Doretha Blocker. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife of 17 and a half years, Joyce Blocker of Glennville; step-daughter and son-in-law, April and Ted Logan and step-son and daughter-in-law, Jathan and Mandi Metcalf, all of Winder, GA; sisters, Charlotte Blocker DeLoach and companion Frank Benton of Bellville and Hettie Jane Blocker of Glennville; granddaughters, Ketelyn Lee and Brianna O’Neal of Winder; grandsons, Tyler Logan, Kie and Broiden Metcalf; four step grandchildren; mother-in-law Jean Hall, all of Winder; nieces, Rhiannon and Danielle DeLoach, both of Claxton; and several other relatives. Funeral services were held Monday, June 2, 2008, from the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Elder Hugh Thompson officiating. A private burial will follow at a later date. Ouida Cheney, 81 Ouida Cheney, 81, of Dawsonville died at her home on May 30, 2008, surrounded by her family. Born in Cobbtown, GA, on August 5, 1926, Ouida was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Stephens and Maudie Hall Stephens as well as her husband of 57 years, Paul Ray Cheney Sr. She was raised and graduated from high school in Tattnall County, GA, before training as a Cadet Nurse for the U.S. Army at Georgia Baptist Hospital in Atlanta. Ouida is survived by Paul Ray Cheney Jr. and wife Holly with granddaughter, Lubya; daughter in law, Jean Balderson Cheney with grandson, Scott Cheney and wife Laura; granddaughter, Kate Cheney Davidson and husband, Mark; Diane Cheney Harrell and husband Buddy with grandsons, Mark Harrell and wife Niki, Greg Harrell and wife Emily with great granddaughter Addison; Stephen Roger Cheney and wife Terri with grandsons, Grayson and Christopher; Cynthia Cheney Ray and husband Richard with grandsons Ryan, Dylan and Kevin. Ouida was a founding member of both St. Bede’s Episcopal Church in Atlanta and St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church in Dunwoody where she remained a member. She was a retired registered nurse who ran her own business, Sun-Ray Supply, from her home until her death. She has been a property owner in Dawson County since 1965 and a resident since 1990. She is remembered by her friends and family as a strong woman who was devoted to her family, direct with her opinions, and always trying to help others in need. A memorial service was held on Monday, June 2, at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Cumming, GA., and interment services were held Tuesday, June 3 at Reidsville City Cemetery in Reidsville, GA. Stanley Coley, 51 Stanley Coley, 51, of Glennville, passed away into eternal rest on June 1, 2008, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was a member of First African Baptist Church in Glennville. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy (Tyrone) Simmons of Baxley, GA; his mother, Mrs. Emmaretta Coley of Glennville, GA; two brothers, Eddie Coley of Hinesville, GA and Edward Coley Jr. of Glennville, GA; three grandchildren; four aunts and two uncles and a host of other relatives. No local funeral services will be held and burial will take place at a later date at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville. McWhite’s Funeral Home of Ft. Reverend Mr. Lee Jones, 81 Reverend Mr. Lee Jones was born October 6, 1926, in Evans County, (Bellville) Georgia, and was the second child of six children to the late Albert “A.B” Jones and Ezia Butts Jones. He entered into eternal rest on June 2, 2008, in Statesboro Georgia at the Ogeechee Area Hospice. Lee attended the public schools and graduated from Evans County High School. He attended Savannah Tech where he was certified as an electrician; received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Savannah State University and a Master of Divinity from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a member of Palen United Methodist Church in Savannah. He served in the US Army oversees in the Korean War. Lee was active in the Black Methodist for Church Renewal organization (BMCOR) where he received numerous awards. He was a charted member of the Gladiators where he served as president for many years. Lee was also a Mason. He was licensed as a United Methodist minister in 1971 and ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 1978. During his ministerial career he served the following churches: Reidsville Circuit, St. Andrews/Horse Creek, Speedwell UMC, Savannah, Statesboro Circuit, and Nepsey/Warren. For five years he served as chaplain at the Dublin V.A. Medical Center. In 1990 Reverend Jones was appointed by Bishop Richard C. Looney as the first African-American District Superintendent in the South Georgia Conference. He served faithfully for six years as District Superintendent of the Statesboro District. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Wilma Mobley Jones; two brothers, Reverend Lloyd Jones and Robert Jones; and one sister Jaunita Benjamin. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise Jones; and three daughters, Faye Ketch, Augusta, GA, Freddie Baldridge (Rivers), Cleveland, Ohio, and Robin (Torre) Davis of Elkridge, MD; one son, Robert [Bobby] (Wanda) Jones of Douglasville, GA. He was also blessed with children, Flecia (Gary) Mosley, Daryl Lewis Mosley (Nikki), Reuben (Nacardia) Lewis III. Lee leaves a beloved spouse, Mrs. Mary Louise Jones of Collins, GA; two sisters, Luretha Tillman and Nita B. Baker, both of Claxton, GA; and sister-in-law, Thelma Jones of Macon, GA; sister-in-law, Bernice (Reverend J.D. Upshaw), of Columbus, GA; two goddaughters, Audrey Lewis (Quelman), Patricia Peeples (Aaron); nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Pittman Park United Methodist Church on Thursday, June 5 at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Jimmy Cason presiding, and Reverend Joseph Robertson, Eulogist. Susie Barrow Odom, 93 Susie Barrow Odom, 93, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at Glenvue Nursing Home. A native of Evans County, she had lived in Glennville most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Odom and an infant daughter, Irene. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Martha Rogers of Glennville, Margie and John Bowen of Glennville and Janie Frances and Odell Pate of Hawsville, KY; son and daughter-in-law, Alex and Martha Odom of Savannah; three grandchildren, Ashlea Rogers of Roswell, Timmy Bowen and Cindy DeLoach of Glennville; three great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 31, 2008,sfrom the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville, GA, with Reverend Jerry Knight officiating. Burial followed in the New Bethel Cemetery. Pallbearers were Timmy DeLoach, Larry Kennedy, Timmy Bowen, Chad Kennedy, Shane Brannen and Clint Durrence.
