These pdf files can be downloaded if you need some help with submitting information to be printed in the newspaper. As always, we will be glad to assist you over the phone or in the office if you need additional help.

While we welcome you to stop by our office anytime to submit items, you can also e-mail your information to us if it is more convenient for you.

Articles can be submitted in Word format or typed directly into the e-mail.

If you would like to include a photo or artwork, please send it as a separate attachment in jpeg format. We prefer the resolution of photos to be as large as possible (within reason) to insure quality reproduction. Please try to keep the total file size under 2MB; usually 500K works just fine.
